“We had a possible termite emergency so I called my termite company, DA Exterminating. That meant we were going to need someone to come in the midst of a public health emergency, but no worries, because Derek George came to the appointment “pandemic-prepared”! Besides being friendly, he was appropriate regarding safety guidelines at every turn. He came to the door with a mask on, took his shoes off for the brief but necessary visit inside, and crawled under the house. In less than 30 minutes he solved our termite “problem” that had been nagging for a year. Derek did a great job on all counts. I was very impressed by both how he addressed the termite issue and current public health protocols.”

"I live in a condo building and the board uses another pest control company (we will not name it). I had an ongoing problem with those terrifying large outdoor roaches coming in and not necessarily being dead. I decided to call DA for a separate consultation / service based on reputation as I knew they handled a lot of major restaurants and were known to be the ones who could get rid of fruit flies. And I was *immediately* glad I did/ They fit me in fast. Albert, the supervisor who came out, was super knowledgeable, professional, and nice. He did a really detailed scan of my place and let me know exactly where those little beasts were getting in - and he did 3 different treatments to make sure any others that got in would be DOA. I could not be happier. This company is considered the best for a reason!!"
