I’m from the north and am very new when it comes to termites and the entire exterminating process. I made an appointment for a tech to come out and explain to me where and how the baiting stations work. Mr. Trey Crawford arrived 2 hours early which was a good thing, spent a few hours here in the heat and humidity baiting, explaining, and added more stations where necessary. He is a young, respectful man that seems eager to please the customer and knows his product well. If his boss reads this he deserves a raise and some praise.
I have been with DA Exterminating for years. I have termite and pest control with them. They never disappoint. I thought I had active termites and was freaking out. They sent Louis out immediately and he did a thorough inspection. Turns out I have water damage but no termites. The office staff (Paula) and the inspector (Louis) were very kind and professional and I give them all the stars on this review. What a great company. I called the office at 2pm for emergency service about a dirt dauber problem in my garage. I received a return phone call within minutes from Michael Phelps who said he could be at my home in 10 minutes. Mr. Phelps arrived promptly, assessed the problem and discussed a solution with me. Mr. Phelps began working diligently by spraying the area while me and my kids left the house. When we returned home all of the dirt daubers were gone/dead. I should add that iltgere was a major infestation of them and he got rid of them with no problem. I will recommend D A exterminating to all my friends and family along with requesting Mr. Phelps to be the technician that does the work.

They sent someone out right away to verify what their Expert had advised he thought the situation was – that often scorpions come over on container ships from other countries and, on the rare occurrence, make it to Louisiana.
The technician was extremely thorough and assured us there was nothing to worry about. But, then just for added measure, the Expert called again to reassure us!

Brad has exceeded our expectations on numerous occasions. One such occasion was when we observed these cute little varmints scuttering across our back garden in Arbor Walk. Cute though they might be, you do not want them expanding their territory and possibly invading your home. When we called, Brad came promptly and placed two bait boxes just where the Norwegian rats were being seen. That ended that problem, and it happened once again last fall with the same quick response. So we definitely recommend DA Exterminating. They are very reasonably priced as well.

2024 update: DA has been my choice for many years. I hav always found them to be very responsive to my needs and most professional in spreading their products for our safety. Service folks always have a smile and always protect their feet when entering the house. I would not go anywhere else!! Now that it is 2024 I shall continue my lengthy service with DA— an excellent service organization which always puts the customer first!!
DA exterminators a very good company to have to cover any pets that you might have that you can’t get rid of yourself and definitely for termite treatment. We have the termite bait station they are checked every year. They also spray around and inside the house after inspecting the traps inside very reliable then dealing with them for 18 years.
